In the Matter of David G. Scudieri, an attorney and counselor-at-law:

Motion for reargument and/or for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal with respect to the order of this Court entered June 11, 2019 (M-1141, CM-1692, M-1695), which suspended respondent from the practice of law for a period of eighteen (18) months, and for related relief, is denied in its entirety. The interim relief granted by a Justice of this Court on August 7, 2019, which, inter alia, stayed the aforesaid suspension order until September 3, 2019, is hereby vacated. No opinion. All concur.
