| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by respondent on appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 27, 2019, in effect, to vacate a stay of enforcement of the order and all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, which was granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 9, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on condition that the appellants perfect the appeal on or before September 23, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent and the attorney for the children shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before October 23, 2019.
