Motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to reargue the petitioner-respondent's motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 4, 2019, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 5, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
