The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Robert Matthews, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, rendered November 26, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by September 30, 2019; and it is further

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by September 30, 2019, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, without further notice, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
