Motion by respondent on an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 8, 2019, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 27, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, as appellants show a payment of property taxes in the amount of $6,000.
