| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents State of New York Office of Mental Health, Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, and Caterina Grandi to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 28, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents State of New York Office of Mental Health, Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, and Caterina Grandi to serve and file a brief is extended until September 25, 2019, and the brief of the respondents State of New York Office of Mental Health, Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, and Caterina Grandi shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
