| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 6, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record is denied, without prejudice to renew on or before September 10, 2019, upon proper papers which shall explain why the appellant cannot certify by any of the methods set forth in 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) and include a copy of the proposed record or appellant's appendix; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
