Motion by Albert Baldeo, inter alia, to stay the enforcement of violations issued concerning the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 24, 2019, and an appeal from the order dated May 24, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
