Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 19, 2018, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
