| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 6, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 17, 2018, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed without prejudice to renew upon payment of the motion filing fee.
