DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to punish the respondent for civil and criminal contempt on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2018, to compel the respondent to pay damages, and for poor person relief. The appeal has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeal has been deemed dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10[a]).
