Application by Tina Rae Eskreis, who was a Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 26, 1990, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Rae Tina Eskreis-Nelson.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Tina Rae Eskreis to Rae Tina Eskreis-Nelson, effective immediately.
