Motion by the petitioner to stay the respondent Young Adult Institute, Inc., inter alia, from establishing a community based residential facility at a certain location, pending hearing and determination of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 3, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
