DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Yaser Hreat, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated July 24, 2019, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
