In the Matter of Jeanette Tomasino, respondent-

appellant, v Richard D. Najac, appellant-respondent.

(Docket No. F-20728-14)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Richard D. Najac, and cross appeal by Jeanette Tomasino, from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 9, 2019.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the cross appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.

MASTRO, J.P., LEVENTHAL, COHEN and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
