Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time is extended to September 16, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that if petitioner James M. Kernan's brief is so filed, then respondents' briefs shall be filed and served on or before October 16, 2019, in accordance with the Court's rules, and

It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from the Court's day calendar for October 15, 2019, and is added to the term of this Court commencing January 6, 2020.
