DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Anthony M. Abraham, Appellant. |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, dated October 9, 2018, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar on the ground that the appeal has not been properly perfected.
To be properly settled, the record must include all marked exhibits that were admitted into evidence during the trial, and either the errata sheet of transcript corrections agreed upon by the Justice Court and the parties or a settled transcript that incorporates those corrections.
