Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Sixth District, entered December 3, 2018, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 25, 2019 and extended by decisions and orders on motions of this court dated May 9, 2019 and June 27, 2019. The June 27, 2019 extension was conditioned on appellant perfecting the appeal within 12 days of the date of that decision and order on motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
