The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Joseph Selmen, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered November 5, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before September 17, 2019; and it is further

ORDERED that in the even the appeal in not perfected by September 17, 2019 the court may, on its own motion and without further notice to the parties, dismiss the appeal, or respondents may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice and may serve such application in person.
