Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the respondent from causing the subject children to be vaccinated and to direct that he have decision making authority with regard to the children's education and medical care, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 30, 2019.
