ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Hamptonburgh, Orange County, rendered April 25, 2018, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar, as the appeal has not been properly perfected.
For the appeal to be properly perfected, the papers submitted in support of and in opposition to appellant's motion to suppress evidence must be included in the record on appeal. The record should also include the parties' posthearing memoranda of law, if any.
