Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, rendered November 7, 2013, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 3, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to file an oversized brief is denied without prejudice to renew upon a proper application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (h), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks reargument is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks inspection of the People's exhibits is dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 1000.7 [b]).
