DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by New York Lawyers for Public Interest, Bronx Independent Living Services, Cardozo Bet Tzedek Legal Services, Community Access, Disability Rights Advocates, Disability Rights New York, Harlem Independent Living Center, Legal Action Center, and National Center for Law and Economic Justice for leave to file an amici curiae brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 10, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the amici curiae brief shall be served on the parties, and one original and five duplicate hard copies, and one digital copy, of the amici curiae brief shall be filed in this Court, on or before September 19, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
