On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated June 25, 2019, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) deleting from the preamble paragraph thereof, the words "appellant pro se," and inserting therefor the words "appellant, inter alia," (2) by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the period at the end of the decretal, and inserting therefor a semi-colon, and adding thereafter the words "and it is further," and (3) adding thereto a third decretal paragraph containing the words "ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied."
