ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 19, 2018, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 16, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "July 19, 2018."
