Application by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered July 26, 2017, to withdraw his motion for leave to file a supplemental brief, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 26, 2019, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
