Appeals having been taken from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 25, 2018 and on or about August 16, 2018, and said appeals having been perfected for the September 2019 Term, And defendant-respondent Nader Paksima, D.O., having moved to dismiss the aforementioned appeals or, in the alternative, to adjourn the appeals to a subsequent term (M-3557), And defendants-respondents NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and NYU Langone Medical Center having cross-moved for an extension of time to file their respondent's brief, to direct plaintiff-appellant to file a corrected record on appeal, and to dismiss the appeals if the corrected record is not timely served and filed (M-3638), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-3557) and cross motion (M-3638) are granted to the extent of adjourning the appeals to the January 2020 Term.
