It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that appellant's motion for permission to appeal from the January 6, 2016 order of Civil Court is denied, inasmuch as we previously dismissed the appeal from that order (see 29-33 Convent Ave. Hous. Dev. Fund Corp. v Bost, 58 Misc 3d 144[A], 2917 NY Slip Op 51910[U] [App Term, 1st Dept 2017]). The cross motion by respondent is granted to the extent of dismissing appellant's notices of appeal dated August 17, 2018 (2), April 26, 2019, and May 14, 2019.
