It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeal and continuing the stay of eviction is granted. Respondent-appellant shall perfect her appeal by the January 2020 term the filing deadline for which is November 13, 2019. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before December 4, 2019; reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before December 12, 2019. Respondent-appellant shall continue to pay landlord accruing use and occupancy in the amount reserved in the most recent lease agreement on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of respondent-
appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
