Motion by J. Robert MacAneney and Grainne MacAneney for leave to appeal to this Court from an unsigned order to show cause, which was presented to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 17, 2019, and, inter alia, to stay all poceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
