| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered September 24, 2018, and an order of the same court dated February 25, 2019, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until October 15, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time to perfect the appeal from the judgment shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
