Appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 15, 2018. The judgment, entered pursuant to an order of that court dated July 5, 2017 granting respondent's motion for summary judgment, awarded respondent the principal sum of $1,260.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as the order, pursuant to which the judgment was entered, was entered on consent and appellant is not aggrieved thereby (see CPLR 5511).
