Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered January 7, 2019, for leave to reargue his prior motion to compel the District Court to provide him with a copy of the audio recording of the proceedings, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 25, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
