ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 12, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "September 24, 2019" and substituting therefor the date "September 4, 2018."
