Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to strike portions of respondent Campagni's brief and to compel respondent Campagni to file a new brief, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent it seeks an extension of time to file a reply brief on the condition that the brief is filed on or before September 16, 2019.
