Separate motions by the appellants, in effect, to stay the trials in the above-entitled actions pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 22, 2019, and April 19, 2019, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay the trials in the above-entitled actions are granted and the trials in the above-entitled actions are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to consolidate the appeals are denied.
