Motion by the appellants Long Island Power Authority and Long Island Power Lighting Company, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from 12 orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, all dated April 2, 2019, and for leave to file a joint brief with the co-appellants.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, the parties are directed to file an original and 16 duplicate hard copies, and, if represented by counsel, one digital copy, of the joint record or joint appendix and their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a joint brief is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
