Appeal from a purported order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated April 8, 2019. By order to show cause dated July 23, 2019, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 8, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled action.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
