Motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the appellant's reply brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 17, 2018, and two orders of the same court, dated September 19, 2018 and October 17, 2018, respectively, on the ground that they improperly raise arguments for the first time in reply or contain improper, scandalous, or prejudicial statements.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
