| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 3, 2019, and August 5, 2019, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated August 5, 2019, or, in the alternative, to direct a hearing pursuant to Family Court Act § 1028, for poor person relief with respect to the order dated August 5, 2019, and, in effect, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated August 5, 2019, or, in the alternative, to direct a hearing pursuant to Family Court Act § 1028 is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief with respect to the order dated August 5, 2019, is denied as unnecessary in light of the order on certification of this Court dated September 13, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see Family Court Act § 1112[a]; CPLR 5521).
