Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Westchester County, dated July 16, 2019, to recuse the Justice presiding in the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Westchester County, and to waive the filing fee. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated July 16, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order, to recuse the Justice presiding in the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Westchester County, and to waive the filing fee. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to appoint an advocate for one of the subject children under the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), to waive the filing fee, and to stay enforcement of the order dated July 16, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
