Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 19, 2018, on the ground that the appellants are not aggrieved, and to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2018, as stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
