Consolidated appeals having been taken to this Court by plaintiffs-appellants in the above-captioned actions, from two orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 30, 2018, which denied both plaintiffs' motions for summary judgment, and the consolidated appeals having been perfected, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved jointly for a stay of the trials in both actions, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid perfected consolidated appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted (see M-6953 and M-6954, decided simultaneously herewith).
