In the Matter of Robert J. Pape, Jr., a disbarred attorney:
Petitioner's motion to withdraw his petition pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.16(a) and (b) for an order reinstating him as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, is granted to the extent of deeming the aforesaid petition for reinstatement withdrawn, without prejudice to petitioner filing a new petition for reinstatement after the passage of a period of two years from January 17, 2019 (the date of petitioner's notice of petition for reinstatement). The order of this Court entered on April 16, 2019 (M-544) is recalled and vacated. No opinion. All concur.
