DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 10, 2018, and May 20, 2019, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated May 20, 2019, and to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated July 10, 2018, also to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order dated May 20, 2019, and the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated July 10, 2018, are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order dated May 20, 2019, and the judgment, and on or before October 15, 2019, the parties shall correct the covers of the copies of the record and their respective briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court to add Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-06863 and 2019-06865 and electronically file replacement digital copies of the record and their respective briefs that contain the corrected covers, and the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated May 20, 2019, and the judgment, and the notices of appeal from the order dated May 20, 2019, and the judgment.
