| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Julio Valdivieso and Paul Jean-Charles, and separate motion by the respondent Lesly Michel, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 28, 2019, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order determining the admissibility of evidence in advance of the trial.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Cotgreave v Public Administrator of Imperial County [Cal], 91 AD2d 600).
