Bachner, P.C., Esq., as counsel for the child Cecily J., And Jo Ann Douglas, Esq., having moved to be relieved as counsel for the subject children, Matthew C. and Xavier C., in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proof of service of the moving papers upon the subject children, Matthew C. and Xavier C., by regular mail at their last known address.
