Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 6, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered November 20, 2017, to stay enforcement of the judgment and to stay her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
