Motion by the appellants on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 19, 2018, December 6, 2018, and January 22, 2019, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered June 19, 2019, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders are deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR1250.10(a); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as premature as the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment does not expire until December 19, 2019.
