DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendant-respondent, inter alia, in effect, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 21, 2019, on the ground that the order is not appealable pursuant to CPLR 3104(d).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 3104[d]; Crow-Crimmins-Wolff & Munier v County of Westchester, 110 AD2d 871).
